At Rooh, we take pride in delivering carefully handcrafted sarees to your doorstep with care and transparency. As a homegrown Indian brand rooted in tradition and craftsmanship, we strive to ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers.

Processing Time

All our sarees are made and packed with attention to detail. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment. This time allows us to ensure your product meets our quality standards.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or non-metro regions.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping across India. There are no additional charges at checkout—what you see is what you pay.
 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email. You can use these details to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Rooh, we put our heart into every saree we create, celebrating the richness of Indian craftsmanship. While we ensure each piece passes through strict quality checks, we understand that rare issues may occur. In such cases, we’re here to support you.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. We do not offer returns for reasons related to personal preference, sizing, or color variations due to screen differences.

Reporting Timeline

Any issues must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this window may not be accepted.

Proof Required

To process your return or exchange request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened and the damage/defect as received.

Return Process

Customers are required to ship the product back to the return address provided by our team. Please note that we currently do not offer reverse pickup services.

​

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Rooh Gift Card equivalent to the value of your returned item.

  • This gift card can be used as Rooh Wallet Credit for future purchases.

  • It is transferable, so you can also share it with friends or family.

  • The credit does not expire, allowing you to shop with flexibility.
